You’re in the right place!

By getting your wedding flowers professionally pressed, you not only get more value out of your flowers, but you also gain a truly bespoke & sentimental piece of artwork to display & enjoy for years to come - it might even become a family heirloom! I work with both fresh & dried bouquets, so if you’ve got a dried bouquet, or have dried your fresh bouquet yourself, I can still help to create a floral keepsake for you!

If your wedding has passed & you didn’t preserve your bouquet, there is always the option to get it recreated to be pressed – can you think of a more perfect anniversary gift? I would love to hear about the flowers you had & how we can recreate them for you to display!

2. place your deposit

Secure your space in my presses by placing a £75 deposit. I will ask for your contact details & if you have decided what you would like to order. A confirmation will then be emailed to you.

Your bouquet will be carefully taken apart & pressed in my handmade presses, where they will stay for about 8 weeks. I will be in touch when your flowers are taken out & join the design queue.

5. designing

The exciting part! If you haven’t already told me, we will discuss your design aspirations for your frame. I will then create a mock-up which I will photograph & send for you to comment on to see if you want any changes - I want your frame to be just how you want it.

6. framing

Once finalised, I will fix down your design, & meticulously dust (very important!), before framing & photographing your floral artwork.

7. on its way to you!

Your order will be carefully packaged & be on its way to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is not a quick process (my typical turn around time is around 52+ weeks due to welcoming my second baby in 2025) but I promise you, good things come to those who wait & I am working hard to reduce this.

8. display & enjoy

I would love to see your frame on display in your home, & if you would like, please leave me a review - drop me an email, or click here to leave one on my Google Business page.

The frames I use are handmade by a Danish design studio, Moebe. They comprise of two pieces of acrylic glass, & a solid wood or aluminium frame held together by a band, which can also be used to hang the frame. Prices include the price of the frame, my time to press your flowers & to design, as well as next-day insured delivery back to you.

Acrylic upgrade

Your framed flowers deserve the best care, which is why I offer an optional Anti-Reflective UV Acrylic upgrade. This premium acrylic reduces glare for a clearer view of your flowers and helps shield them from harmful UV rays, slowing down the natural fading process caused by sunlight.

If you already have an order with me, you’re welcome to go ahead & purchase the acrylic upgrade from my shop - just be sure to include your order number at checkout so I can match it to your booking.

If you haven’t placed a deposit yet, you can either purchase this separately or the upgrade can be added to your final artwork choices later on.

FAQ

  • To avoid disappointment I absolutely recommend booking your floral preservation several months before your wedding - I can take bookings up to 1 year+ in advance. I only have a few spaces each week, & some dates will book up very quickly, bank holidays & summer weekends in particular.

Sometimes I can squeeze in a few extra bouquets on busy dates but these orders will have a £50 busy fee applied as I will need to get in extra hands help to process these flowers.

  • Fill out my enquiry form to check my availability for your date & if I have space then all I need is a deposit for you to get booked in!

  • For the best results, I ideally need to receive your flowers 1-3 days after your wedding. For example if your wedding is on a Saturday I suggest posting on Monday for delivery to me on Tuesday.

  • Most bouquets are sent to me in the post - a next day delivery service is important & I recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will be responsible for the cost of sending your flowers to me.

Alternatively, if you, or any wedding guests, are local to me I also welcome hand deliveries.

Posting & care instructions will be sent with your deposit confirmation - you can also check out this post I did on Instagram on how package your flowers.

  • Floral preservation is a process, & one I don’t like to rush. From receipt of your bouquet to receiving your finished frame can take from 39-49+ weeks (I welcomed my second baby in early 2025), though during busy times (such as wedding season), this may be a little longer as pressing takes priority but I will keep you as updated as I can. Remember, I am creating bespoke pieces of art… it will be worth the wait!

  • For the majority of orders I will send back your frame via insured next day delivery - postage is included in the price of your frame.

Alternatively, if you would like to collect your frame in person that is absolutely no problem! If this is something you want to do, let me know when you book in & I will take off the cost of postage from your balance.

  • Bouquets with lots of variety look best when framed - a mix of flowers/foliage varieties, colour & tones will result in a really interesting design.

Even if your bouquet is all white flowers, a wide selection of different flowers & foliage will really elevate your frame.

  • No! I will always try to make space for memorial flowers, & also take on bouquet recreations & flowers from other special occasions (engagements, new home, new baby etc). Get in touch to talk about your ideas!

  • Whether you chose to have bouquet created from dried/preserved flowers for your special day, or have air dried your blooms yourself after your wedding, I can still help! A little more care is required pressing these delicate flowers but it is still possible - get in touch to chat through your ideas!

  • Main frames are available in: 50x70cm, A2 (42x59.4cm), A3 (29.7x42cm) & A4 (21x29.7cm).

Add-on frames are available in all of the above, as well as A5 (14.8x21cm).

  • Frames are available in natural oak, smoked oak, black aluminium and white aluminium.

  • Click here to see my pricing.

  • Yes! Along with the various frames sizes, I also offer acrylic items such as baubles, hangings & coasters, as well as drying surplus whole flowers.

Got an idea for something else you might like made up? Let’s chat!

  • No, I will work with most types of flowers - I have developed different techniques for different flowers & haven’t yet found one I can’t figure out how to press eventually. There are definitely some flowers I don’t enjoy pressing so much though - tropical flowers like calla lilies & proteas, & fleshy flowers such as chrysanthemums are some tricky ones!

  • Yes, most flowers/foliage will change colour as they dry.

White flowers will change to shades of cream, slightly brown or yellow.

Paler colours will often fade, for example light pinks might go very pale, creamy or a little yellow.

Darker colours can deepen, red roses for example go will often change to dark burgundy.

Bright colours tend to fare best with regards to colour retention but can also change colour. Yellows may darken, oranges can go more brown, pinks can turn purple & blues can deepen.

  • I do not use preservatives or offer colour correction so all framed flowers will eventually fade in colour - this is a natural process & I like to think this also shows the passage of time.

Keeping your frame out of direct sunlight & away from direct heat, humidity & moisture will help prolong the colours of your flowers.

I am now also offering an upgrade to UV/anti reflective acrylic to front sheet of acrylic in the your frame, which will help provide some protection - contact me to find out more.

  • Absolutely, these are your special flowers! (Please note that I no longer offer bouquet style designs however.) Once your flowers are out the press I will ask if you have any design aspirations, or if you are happy for me to see what works best. I always send over a photo of your frame mock-up for comments before your flowers are fixed down.

Due to the time it takes for me to design your frame, I am only able to mock up one style, but I will always make adjustments to your comments to ensure it is just right.

  • If you decide after your wedding that you want to have a larger frame size or add to your order, as long as there are enough flowers to work with, I’d love to hear your thoughts!
